IPH Limited Reconciliation Action Plan endorsed by Reconciliation Australia

IPH is pleased to announce that our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has been formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia

The Reflect RAP is an important first step in our reconciliation journey, setting out actions to build stronger relationships, respect, and opportunities with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

“I’m very pleased to have played a role in the creation of IPH Limited’s inaugural Reflect RAP, an important and exciting step forward in developing our commitment to genuine, long-term reconciliation. By introducing our Reflect RAP, we are forging a path towards building meaningful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and ongoing education about First Nations histories, cultures, and voices across our Australian business and beyond,” said Fiona Darlington, IPH RAP Executive Sponsor and Chief People and Communications Officer.

“At IPH Limited, we are committed to providing equal opportunity across our business and empowering our people with the tools to develop their education and grow. With this RAP, we acknowledge that it is our responsibility to continue to embed a deep understanding of reconciliation and cultural awareness across our workforce, not just for our Australian people, but in all nations in which we operate,” said IPH Chief Executive Officer Andrew Blattman.

We acknowledge and thank our RAP Working Group, Cross Cultural Consultants, talented First Nations artist Alysha Menzel, and all contributors for their dedication in shaping this plan.
